Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we have accepted it. We confirm acceptance when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Orders ship from US based warehouses. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days on unused items in original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Home Haven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
